Usian Bolt is the most respected 100m runner from Jamaica. Probably he has west African descent. But Africans are still scoring poor performance in 100m, why?

Simone Biles is one of amazing gymnast in the world but why still no African come to show his talent in gymnastic?
I think it is lack of interest and giving attention.

Africa should work hard to bring gold medals. Amazingly, most of competetors who won the gold medals in jumping are blacks having with different citizenship. Why Africans failed?
