And then the food aid tranported via Massawa will fatten up Debretsion, Ghetachew and their child soldiers who in turn will "invade" Eritrea, kill Eritrean refugees and "control" Badme.
Let them find another route.

From an efficient business practice perspective, the Massawa/Mekele move is a ‘just-in-time’ (JIT) supply chains "norm". On the other hand, for criminal organizations and their associates JIT is a secondary consideration.

There's enough food, in Chgray. There's no starvation, like in the '80's. And if there're problems here & there, it isn't something the Ethiopian govt cannot handle.

But besides the reason outlined by my brothers here (feeding the junta), the main reason they don't want to take the Eritrea route & haven't even asked about it is because, that way, they won't be able to smuggle weapons for the terror junta.

The savage war criminal will try to make money any way he can. I'll bet this tweet is from one of his agents.

The distance between port Sudan and Mekele via Humera (Amara) is 67 hours. The distance between Port Massawa and Mekele is 5:30 hours….so what’s the reason you and your handlers want to drive 61 more hours?  Hammmm. ስልሳ’ላታ

Humanitarian crises are raised not to feed or support people in need but to change the balance of military power. They have not been successful to hoodwink the Ethiopian masses this time thanks to the quick transmission of information by the internet. It is only, if we see it from that point of view, that we can have clearer picture of what is happening.

The first thing they did, when they got free passage to Tigray was, to supply the T.P.L.F with advisors and satellite phones in-order to enable them to get into contact with each other and the outside world. The only that is left now is, the supply of heavy weapons. And they are trying different options to accomplish that as well.

Supplying food aid to Tigray thourgh Eritrea is out of question as far as they are concerned because everything that comes will be throughly vetted by Eritrea and they will fail to achieve their goal of arming T.P.L.F to teeth.

Hmm... :P

Don't forget the fact that Eritrea will have one important string with which it can influence both the donors and the recipients. After all the use of Massawa will also bring some wealth to Eritrea. It may be a kind of interdependence which may help in building mutual trust slowly but surely and hopefully.

Wurro aka savage stooge,,
The US, God bless her, is not going to reward the war criminal baztard after he dragged the entire Horn of Africa into caios. She will push for his indictment at the Hague for crimes against humanity instead. She would also rather work with a country that's making progress toward democracy. Sudan, not Ethiopia, is the No. ally now. Mamo qillo and Issu jillo are facing ICC, you moron.

The ferenjis don’t want to use the shortest distance port to Tigray which is massawa or second shortest which is Djibouti BUT they want to use port Sudan the furthest distance because they are not trying to bring only wheat and oil but armaments to arm the terrorist junta tplf

I think the whole issue concerns only Ethiopia and Eritrea. There is no place here for the so-called UN and Chigray. As for suggestion, Plaut has already made such a suggestion in order to demonstrate how dire the " famine " in Chigray is.

His excellency, PIA aka Weyane killer’s job is done perfectly! What ever your handlers wanted to do him had failed and they know they can’t touch him now while he is much more stronger than ever was. Actually, they are thinking to befriended him, they know, he is a king maker in the E. Africa and anyone who crossed him never stays in power for long.

Ask yourself, where are his arch enemies, the slaves of USA today?

-Meles Zenawi-Ethiopia
-Bashire- Sudan
-Abdola Yussuf Ahmed-Somalia
-Ali Abdulla Salah-Yemen
