Abiy has the military might to crash Woyane but he is tactical.

He wants the Western lobbyists and propaganda machine to receive his government as the victims in this.

As soon as that happens he will be in Mekelle within few days.

Meanwhile, he wants ethnic based forces, militias, youth to deal with TPLF because there's no international law that can pin them plus it's self defence.

Abiy may not even need army as these forces are doing serious damage.

Around 200,000 youth are lining up to register.

The goal is to flush out Woyane from Tigray then cull them in Amhara, Afar while Humora/Wolkayt is heavily secured to cut of Sudanese/Egyptian potential supplies.
