First, why is he speaking using an Ethiopian language of Amharic. Seocnod, what is Tigrawainte? We know Tigere is one of the ethnic groups and it is a minority ( ኅዳጣን) ethnic group. When ቅንድቡ referred to Tigrawaint he excluded minorities-of-minority (የኅዳጣን-ኅዳጣን) ethnic groups of Erob, Kunama and others in Tigray province. This የኅዳጣን-ኅዳጣን are not Tigrawai, they do not belong to it. He does not know what sh!!t he is ranting about.
