What is wrong with Somali killil President? Why are they created havoc on Afar killil?

This is too much, what is their end goal? At the moment while the Afar killil is engaged in war with terrorist weyane, why do they want to use this opportunity?
They should stop any kind of skirmishes unconditionally.

You clearly don't have any clue.
While Somali army was in Wollo, the Afar thought they could finally occupy Somali towns.
They killed hundreds of women and children.
Within few hours we got back and the cowards fled.
We don't care about TPLF, we will occupy Semera if they try again.
The ENDF was supposed to provide security but failed. They are familiars in every front.
