When Is Next Session of the Eritrean Parliament? Last Session was in 2002! Disbanded for Asking Isaias to Bring to Justice the Imprisoned Parliamentarians? (Originally posted in 2014!)

On its last session, the baito supported Isaias Afewerki's handling of the the crisis in the government. But it also asked the government to respect the rights of the imprisoned to a fair trial and ordered the government to urgently try them in an independent court.
What was Isaias's response? He made sure that session is their last session by refusing to acknowledge their existence from that moment onwards. He disbanded them and refused them the annual regular meetings for the past 12 years. Therefore, they have never met for the past 12 years.
The parliament was Eritrea's legislative body. Eritrea does not have a legitimate legislative body since 2002. The Executive, the president, has controlled all of the powers of the legislative and executive bodies. Eritrea became a one man band. Eritrea is probably the only country in the world which does not have the normal organs of the government; namely, the executive, legislative and judiciary bodies. There is no checks and balances. The law of the land is not discussed amongst the representative of the people. Any minister can write the rules of the land without any input of the stakeholders. The people do not even have representatives.
So, when is the long over due next session of Eritrean Parliament? the last session was in 2002! Has it been permanently disbanded for asking Isaias to bring to justice the parliamentarians held incommunicado since 2001?
