If he is (part of) the cause for the current plight of the tigrayan children and their mothers, perishing on the battle field for a cause they don't understand, then he shouldn't get Peace, he should rest in Hell, he blongs to Hell, there is no place in Heaven for his likes.
They belong to Hell and we should send them to where they belong to.
