Until EDF takes action or pass the armament to Amhara Force, certainly Raya may change hands. It is unrealistic to believe TPLF has taken back, it can't consolidate. Even if such mouthful tplf propaganda is true, the numbers you have mentioned amounts to be just a single drop in the vast ocean when considering the 50 million great Oromos.
