PP already decided to bow down for the US pressure 1 month ago. The Amhara leaders are just fooling their people. Residents in Almata said Amhara forces were ordered to withdraw without a fight. The TPLF soldiers seem not well equipped and not even many with mostly lightweight weapons.

To fool Amhara PP leaders, Abiy introduced a new law that enables the federal government to directly intervene into Wolkait and Raya. I don't think the fed will do that. That was only to fool the Amhara PP leaders to agree to the pressure from the US.

Listen carefully, it says the conflict inside Ethiopia is not urgent and we can solve it in due time but what is urgent is the conflict with the outside enemy (meaning withdraw troops from Tigray and deploy them at Ethio-Sudan border). Even Abiy admitted it was 1 month ago that the withdrawal started. That is immediately after this PP meeting in which PP decided to fully comply with the US pressure.
Abiy is playing a big gamble and may lose his power in the process.

Abiy Ahmed is bending over to the western elites that want his head chopped into peices. This Galla is only good at destroying Ethiopia and Amhara, in fact al fashqa is Sudan and shouldn’t be a issue. He will eventually be overthrown by his foolishness for betraying Amhara people. He is putting the country at jeopardy and he is losing power day by day. Amhara people’s best choice is independence by killing bilisignas and separation from such backstabbing cursed country
