No it is the gala infested Abyi government responsible for all this chaos. He should bring the issue in the parliament and declare those regions as Amhara region. but he do not want that because he want Amhara to be weaken by war while he loot and spread the gala hegemony in all of the country.
If he did that Let alone the American but the JunTA itself will not have any ground for argument. Our enemy is Abyi and his orommuma party.

Babylonia (USA) has wicked intentions at heart and advocating for TPLF knowing fully it is siding with criminals.
PM Abiy's failure is , not closing down the USA diplomatic mission.this is the only way the democrats policy on Ethiopia under the evil susan rice become an issue for the Republicans.
The Ethiopian parliament must throw away the TPLF written constitution in the dust bin and
return all lands forcefully annexed by TPLF immediately.
