This is similar to TPLF; the only difference is in form.
Zuma was corrupt; TPLF was corrupt & robbed lands that don't belong to them.
Zuma is put in jail; TPLF leaders are killed & put in jail; Zuma followers are not organized like TPLF so, they're busy looting stores and demand their corrupt leader go Scot free!
TPLF want to go scot free too! Want to keep the land they looted therefore, they're sending kids to fight wars for them; they like their corrupt businesses returned to them; these were formed with billions of Bir borrowed money (canceled as bad loans by them) from Ethiopian Banks operating in the rest of country. They're threatening to exit the ill designed federation they formed after they stole lands that don't belong to them
Ethiopians and South Africans should stop the thieves!

You can make the same analogy with Trump. His supporters attempted to break Washington apart and take control of the capitol. Although I don’t want to bring in Plato’s prediction of the fate of democracy here, I can’t resist to say that had Abiy put a short leash on woyane tyrannical leaders or put them all in jail in 2018, we wouldn’t have seen so much damage.

If by supporters of Jacob Zuma is meant the Zulu, his people, then the South African government is going to have difficulty in dealing with them.
Remember the negative role played by Mangosuthu Buthelezi during the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa.
The Tigrayans are not the Zulus of South Africa. In terms of influence and political weight are the Zulus comparable to the Oromos and Amharas rather than Tegaru.
