Yes, these shameless low IQ clan are saying that.
They don't recognize the Ethiopian government; not only that, they also want to topple it while they are begging the same government to send them money so that they can continue to run their terror activity all over Ethiopia and beyond. Ethiopia owns them NOTHING!

These Agames would not send one penny to feed their own people; helping others isn't in their DNA.
