It is abandoned debri that cannot be used. But Agames have a habit of cheating yourselves. Back in November you had 80% of Ethiopia's weapons. And you lost them all. But you also lost 90% of your leaders, all the stolen lands, all the militia, most of the fara generals are dead, and much more. AND now you are in quarantine with no fuel, no food, no electricity, no telecom, no money. So jump up and down because you saw a truck loaded with abandoned garbage!
