Donald Trump is much much better than the snake tongued Antony Blinken for the former was direct and says what he means.
Blinken, on the other hand, uses something different to mean totally a different thing.
For example the use of the phrase "full, safe, and unhindered humanitarian access" for Tigray means, put into context, nothing else other than demanding for TPLF a guaranteed corridor to the external world, without the need to cross over a territory that is not under its control.
So, according to Blinken, the territory of the TPLF should be the Sudan boundary. This is more than a shame for the international politics to tolerate such a reckless interference in the internal affairs of a soverign country and member of the UN by another member.
The world should wake up and shape up!

The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) should also needs to now stand up and defend its own position that condemned the then reckless comment of former President Donald Trump, when the latter hinted (if not ordered) that Egypt will going to bomb the dam.
If American interference under Donald Trump is not right, then the same is also not right under Joe Biden. So, CBC needs to come out and say what is wrong is always wrong, irrespective of who did it.

It is proof there need not be argument about something obvious. You take over a region by force with your criminal collaborators and get defeated, you return to the status quo ante and pay restitution for all the damages. Simple as that. With regard to Blinken I was referring to a specific phrase of the so called statement of his department:
