There is nothing close to the kind of “evil” mentality in Tigray where rape and murder is a culture and expanding the curse onto others is built in their psyche. The only analogy I can make between Somalia & Tigray is that Woyane leeches & Al-shabaab appear to be the same but the former is obviously worse in that they carry a parasitic and cancerous DNA while Al-Shabaab is just veneered with religious shroud.

Woyane leeches are inherently KIFFU! And that’s inscribed on their forehead. If you scan their faces using Automated Inference Technology, I bet 99% of them fit the character in Minority Report in that they have a dream to murder a non-agame sometime in their life time.
