Fried locust is a favorite dish in Tigray & Yemen, confirming the fact that slave agames migrated from Yemen 300 years ago. No one else eats insects in Ethiopia. God used it as the 8th plague (blood, frogs, gnats/lice, flies, livestock pestilence, boils, hail, locusts, darkness, and death of the firstborn) to punish Pharaoh but they still didn’t listen. So is the heart of agames: as hard as a rock.
