Ethiopia should specifically ask for China to Air Drop Food Aid which they will Fly first into Addis Ababa Airport
Ethiopian Government should only allow China to Fly to Addis Ababa Airport and have Ethiopians Inspect and Fly along with the Chinese to Airdrop the Food Aid at specific locations.
