TPLF has to transform Ethiopia to Ethiopia Union( Horn Africa Union) similar to the European Union. The Ethiopia Union will be made up of willing Independent and sovereign countries that will be established from the current Ethiopia such as Tigray, Oromia , Amhara, Afar Somalia etc. Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan could also progressively be part of the Ethiopia Union. This will retain strong Ethiopia/ Horn of Africa while meeting the aspiration of the nations and nationalities. The European Union could be used as a blue print adapted to the Horn of Africa and Ethiopia context. The formation of independent states and the commencement of the Union have to be done simultaneously
