Tigray has to build three times of the lost economy, factories and infrastructure with 7 years. Possible sources are:

- Western Countries up to USD 50 billion as part of the peace deal
- World's top richest people up to USD 10 billion
- Fortune 500 companies up to USD 5 billion
- United Arab Emirates USD 10 billion ( compensation for the drone attacks)
- Ethiopia USD 10 billion ( compensation as part of the peace deal)
- Eritrea USD 10 billion( Arab countries to give guarantee)
- China USD 20 billion as part of the peace deal
- Global citizens through social media up to 10 billion.
