Abbiy boasted to finish them off within two days, some eight months ago. You are forgetting that you are not fighting TPLF anymore. You are fighitng the people of Tigray now. By doing that, you could have given some life to TPLF that could have been snuffed out of them. Abbiy will tell you, this is it. They will tell you that will be it too. But, they are sober enough to look at it, neither side will win. The people of Tigray will suffer. Tigrayns will join the struggle in tens of thousands. In other word, it will take a long time. I am not sure if Ethiopia will come out as a better country than even when TPLF was on power. I see the hatred toward the people of Tigray here on this forum. That was the sign of horrible Rwanda's genocide that took place not far from Ethiopia a few years ago.

You called it TPLF? Getachew Reda is calling his organisation no more that name, rather TDF, which he is one of the top leaders of it (of 11 heads).

They are trying to accomplish what they failed to do as "Liberation Front" now as "Defense Force" ( a degraded acronym).

Let's make this distinction here. Rebel (ሽፍታ) is different from Faction. TPLF is technically and in reality a ሽፍታ. ሽፍታ does not have ideology, defined mission and if there is one it is compliant, not crystal clear. However, ሽፍታ has one principal goal that is living by looting. ሽፍታ don't work and earn their living and this culture is very common among Northerners. More so in Tigray, may be for a number of reasons but one is clear, lack of sustainable livelihood so that the bully gets his/her food from the weak. TPLF is the upshot of that harmful tradition. Does this affect ordinary Tigres? yes it it will. Does it weaken Ethiopia? not necessarily. But it is sorry happening in Tigray. Ethiopia is a huge and diverse country that can easily dilute any conflict and normalize this by herself. More or less, every Nation or Country has certain elements resembling TPLF, depending on the nature of that society. This is part of the natural process of any society. Thus, the only thing it is being exaggerated by TPLF activists , its sympathizes or uninformed people is because TPLF was an unlawful leader of the country and all of a sudden its myth of mightiness is shattered by a week long fight with an untrained framers militia. One can easily can figure out why so. It is clear farmers (in the North ) are living like ሽፍታ so that only ሽፍታ knows how to take care of another ሽፍታ - not a modern trained commando.

Bluesh*it you just admitted that Ethiopia is not massacaring innocent tegarus by the fact that you said that the whole tegarus are siding with tplf and are fighting against Ethiopia.
So you filthy agames need to stop crying that innocent agame monks, shera'mut agame moms, children or the furt elderly 'supposedly' innocent agames are being murdered.
The fact that Ethiopia didn't finish its mission with in a week is because it is walking on egg shells. Ethiopia actually is feeding these innocent filthy agames which you just described them as enemies & fighters.
