When Tigray ruled Ethiopia, we had discipline and purpose in life. TPLF was not perfect ( why should it be?)
Tigray gave everything to Ethiopia and imposed law and order. No Ethnic group was discriminating and every ethnic group enjoyed their right according to the constitution. I have never seen a neolthic ruling Gambla. The neolithic people are seen as subhumans by Amara elites.
However, TPLF was too soft on Eritrea. TPLF should have helped Eritreans form a democratic government. The other weakness was TPLF let the ethnic groups free. There was centralized power, which is necessary and vital. However, the ethnic regional states were more or less free. The federal government become irrelevant. The national security service should have controlled all Ethnic groups and provided support when necessary
The remnants of Mengistu or Dergue exploited the situation and took over power by means of a coup led by Abiot Amed Ali Hussein, a muslim converted Chrsitian, a pentecostal.
When Tigray ruled Ethiopia, more than 50 universities were opened. There were industrial parks popping up in all parts of the country. TPLF had an ambitious plan. TPLF was to open and became a victim of foreign conspiracy.
We will remember TPLF and Tigray for years to come because TPLF and Tigray have become a spirit for positive development. We hope TPLF succeeds in it's fight to crush the Eritrean stooges in the capital which have turned Ethiopia a laughing stoke of the world. We pray TPLF succeeds to control Ethiopia again!
