Why do Agame Nazis use the outcast words “Weito, and Fuga”

Fugas are outcasts of Gurage society
Weito are Omotic outcasts but not apart of Amhara society
So why use these words to describe the Amhara and Gurage? Mr Yabbelo the Chigrain Nazi
