Even the hostile western media is forced to witness the democratic progress Ethiopia is making and how millions of Ethiopians are participating in mass in an election they see as credible. You can't just deny this hard fact!

Ethiopians are showing their confidence in the democratic process by coming out in masses to vote early in the morning. The level of confidence they are showing to the election process is unbelievable!

The voter turnout is amazing! Election board should be proud of its job. It did win the credibility of millions of Ethiopians. Really amazing.

Yes, Ethiopians were out to vote which was a good thing.. but unfortunately, it was not organized to accommodate the voters.. in some cases, already cheating has happened. In some places they claimed to run out of voters’ cards, and closed.. intensional or not, there was mismanagement.. they should have done better in organizing.. or was it part of the usual cheating 🧐🧐

What did you expect? Of course there will be some challenges and irregularities. That is a given but until now the opposition have pointed out irregularities in some 270 polling stations out of over 40k as far as I can tell. If the number doesn't rise rapidly, this is well below the expected margins and will not affect the outcome much but of course the election board must look at every one them and resolve them. In some cases the voting could be repeated in September.
