Djibouti is Launching its Space Program with Two Satellites

I really wonder whether launching a space programme is a priority for Djibouti; a country where unemployment is extremely high and is a major contributor to widespread poverty, taking the fact that building, launching, and monitoring satellites is not a cheap business into consideration!

The dictator in Djbouti is making all the decisions, he perhaps, doesn't give a crap about the people. He wants himself to look good. What Djibouti needs to do is survive. From point A to point B is the proper way to go. This as-zz hole has been in power for how long ? I understand the president of Djibouti was his uncle.
