Now that Guterres is appointed for 2nd term @ UN, would he show leadership and courage on Tigray Genocide?

UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, was criticized for inaction and silence on Tigray Genocide over the past 7 months. Part of the reason for his silence was that he wanted to avoid divisive topics because he was campaigning for the second term. Would he be willing to show leadership and courage on Tigray Genocide, now that he's achieved his goal?
