War Crimes are being carried out in #Tigray by #AbiyAhmedAli + #IsaiasAfewerki - Whoever's still selling them Arms is complicit in War Crimes. Tigray doesn't need a military intervention but it does need World + Regional Powers to stop doing business with these War Criminals....
