Watson is partially wrong. It is the classic nature vs nurture debate. Watson can not control what is known as Genetic heritage. The environment is very critical so is the genetic inheritance. It is sum of these two variable that shapes the individual.

I agree we don't have total control over everything that makes us who we are,
but mostly comes from the environment in which he/she is rased.

So you mean it is in their genes that Agames are liars, thieves and prostitutes. It can't be because they are not that different from their neighbours. It is their upbringing. The generation that was raised by the TPLF is a foocked-up generation that has learned from their parents to lie and to believe their own lies. That is not genetics, that is social psychology. It is not in Tsadqan's genetic makeup to tell Ethiopians last year that they should grab Assab and say now that he respects Eritrean sovereignty. He could not have inherited this kind of prostituting from his parents. It is the Tigrayan culture that produces such behaviour. And he is not even aware of how cheap it makes him look!
