“sovereignty as responsibility”: a government’s sovereign privileges extend only as far as it exercises its responsibility for the rights and welfare of its citizens. The OAU set up an International Panel of Eminent Personalities to examine the Rwanda crisis, which coined the “principle of non-indifference”: Africans should not stand by while one of their governments commits mass atrocities. In due course, this became enshrined in the Constitutive Act of the African Union, drafted in 2000 and adopted when the African Union formally took over from the OAU at a summit in Durban, South Africa, two years later. Article 4(h) provides for intervention in the case of “grave circumstances”, defined as war crimes, crimes against humanity or genocide.

Those who crushed Mosoloni's ambition of colonizing Africa in the 19th and 20th century will not bow down for the likes of Alex de Waal, a known agent of neu-colonialists of the 21st century acting as media personality.

We need at least 5 prominent african political leaders and opinion makers to drive the anti-war-crime-genocide agenda from one organized center, one organizational name.

DT, FYI
the Italian conquest of Ethiopia (1935–1936) the veteran Eritrean Ascaris, with their high morale and aggressive spirit, played a key role, often taking the lead during attacks.[13] About 60,000 Eritreans served in both regular ascari units and in irregular bands. Nearly 5,000 Eritrean Ascaris were killed in this war.
Benito Musolini then, Benito Isu now...same effect. Ethiopia was liberated by the allied forces and ethiopian patriots then, so shall it be now. Ok greedy bandistan?
