The Ethiopian and Eritrean governments should refuse to meet him... it’s a waste of time
He’s coming not to listen but to spy and to find some openings or cracks between the allies against duket tplf and create animosity between issu and abichu

This situation requires sophistry in diplomacy. You know where it is going. You don't want a military confrontation with a super power. In my opinion, work with them. Leave Tigray alone. TPLF is dead. It is not coming back. If there was any human violations documented, they have an access to it. For sure, they will go back to the Security Council. If Abbiy and Isayas come clean, they have nothing to worry about. Americans are trying to keep Ethiopian integrity. Ethiopia has been a special country to them for over a century. The importance of the Red Sea is very critical to them. Ethiopia goes on fire, the whole neighborhood will go on fire. They will pressure Abbiy to the point where he will give away Isayas. Actually, he already did. He said, he didn't invite Eritrea. That will come back to Isayas later on.

In my view they can meet him but not in a person of any high-ranking official, rather send people of very low level ranks and watch him, how he is going to say about his presence in a country his government is trying to pull back from the path of growth.
I don't support personally meeting him in a person of any high-ranking official, no need to waste time.

Why would she? She's got a lot of friends who would love to do it (kick Momo qillo & Issu jillo). They are already getting ready training. All they need is her blessing. Besides, qillo & jillo are already spent fighting the top fighters of Ethiopia. Even Djibouti can cause some headaches (ask jillo), let alone Sudan, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda all in Egypt's camp.
But, it's the diplomatic battle that qillo & jillo are incompetent in; they might as well throw in the towel.

The Americans are on a mission to rescue their faithful Negroes, but the PM Dr Abiye should hold his gun and tell them them nicely not to interfere in Ethiopia internal Affair. This has nothing to with Human right violation nor Tigray, They are trying to arm twist Ethiopia to make concession and compromise to the GERD dam.
