Abiy and his government are hypocratic! After more than six months war , ethnic cleansing, genocide, extrajudicial killing, and using rape and famine as a weapon of war issuing such statement with the objective of escaping from sanction is adding salt to the wound of the Tigrayan people. Abiy shame on you for everything you did in Tigray using Isaias and Amhara militia when you know that both of them have their own grudges and evil goals when they allied with you. History will always remember all what you have done and definitely you will face justice.
