He clearly said, the Eritrean soldiers had no choice but to cross the border although the Ethiopian government not needed their help, because they had to destroy their enemy who was firing rockets in their territory. He said, they had a right to go all the way inside Tigray, such as Adwa, Axum or anywhere. They had to neutralize their enemy.

In short, he is saying the Eritrean soldiers came after the rockets which were fired by TPLF terrorist group from Adwa and Axum areas. In my opinion, It makes a lot of sense.

Now, the Eritrean army is looking forward to go back to the border but the Federal government should provide the Eritrean government assurance that it does not happen again.
