She is so professionally articulate but still also so young who changed the company fundamentally in just less than 3 years of her tenure so far.
Level of education is not necessarily a yardstick for someone's performance, she is a testimony to this assessment. She replaced someone with a PhD but showed such level of improvement within this short time period.

I’m with you on this one. I was dying for years to see Ethiopian officials grasp the extent of the importance of ICT for the development of the country. The old EPRDF/TPLF officials saw ICT not more than facebook and never grasped the true value.
Finally we got a prime minister and a CEO of Ethio Telecom who do not only fully grasp the significance of ICT but are also passionate about it and are bringing the country on the fast track. We are really lucky to have both. Besides, both are workaholic too. The level of progress this CEO is bringing is simply breathtaking. Ethio Telecom is now one of government owned companies with highest satisfied customers both in quality service and price. What a transformation!
