Here is Perth if you do not know it. .... like Colorado and Seattle in the US, it is the second city in Australia that is disproportionately dominated by Tigrean diaspora. Remember, for example, out of roughly estimated 40-50 thousand Ethiopians in Colorado, one third to half of them are Tigreans.
