Hey tarik,
I would like to answer in their order ( 3 top with most stolen money): 1) Halafi Mengedi tied Abebe 2) abel qael is tied Yabaalo 3) Thomas tied Dawwit. I had to rank them 1 - 3 though are in tie. Still , the other too are outliers in terms of the amount of loot they have compared with the average Woyane/TPLF thieves.

Abere, you may be right, But i always thought that halafi and thomas were z top looters of ethiopian money, but let us c all z votes.

Tarik good topic as always. I do believe that halafi mengedi is the tplf millionaire top cadre at least on ethiopian review. But you never know, Anyhow it's good to expose these malelit cadres who stole billions from ethiopian people and mouth of tigrai people. Thanks again Tarik and happy easter brother.
