The former US Defence Secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, in preparation for Iraq War, said:
"Any war with Iraq would be swift, it could last six days, six weeks. I doubt six months."
Guess what! Twenty frigging years have elapsed since and there is still no end in sight to a war that was supposed to last no longer than six weeks, as the U.S. is still entangled in Iraq and is having 2,500 of its service members bogged down in the country to this very day!
