Jaegol, speaking about bees, I was never a fan of the idea of raising bees. Not only do they sting, which I was a victim of twice, but I have an issue with the use of honey. Is honey really better than sugar as it is claimed to be? I have read, unless used at room temperature, it is no better than sugar when used in hot tea or coffee, or milk. Hell, if I can't use it in my hot tea and milk and get the claimed advantage, why bother with the stinging bees at all? Any forumer with knowledge of the advantage, if any, of using honey over sugar, please comment.
