Scientists have affirmed that incest is the main cause of mental retardation among children. When agame fathers rape their own daughters and get them pregnant, the children are highly likely to develop a mental disorder, lower IQ and severe inferiority complex. The law and order operation in Tigray should include a fight against the culture of incestuous rape in Tigray.
