It seems that this was the working white paper used in the recent US activities in the UN against Ethiopia. Well, the internal and external borders of Ethiopia are not fast changing. That was an excuse for intervention and regime change.

Now, America recognizes Egypt, Saudi and Emirates can't define the fate of Ethiopia, the new America tone is preventing terrorism and outflow of refugees from the Horn to Middle East and Southern Europe.

America was trying to make an Asian case out an African problem. The Horn is now fully categorized by US as an integral element of the Middle East which is West Asia. By classifying Ethiopia as a West Asia issue, US is entangling Ethiopia in the geopolitics of Gulf, Red sea and Indian ocean.

In any case the West can't afford to break down the Ethiopia State.

This is a white tplfit for the fragmentation of Ethiopia by regime changing Abiy administration...
Abiy should deny him entry visa and I’m sure Eritrea and Somalia will follow Abiys lead...
