What the Resolution is clearly missing though, is the open condemnation of the junta remnants still at large- like Debritz- & a call for them to put down their arms & come out of their holes.

This the 1st statement from the security Council. The statement is diluted to get buy-in from Russia, China and others. The punishment of Isaias Army is in the hand of TDF and that is going on. The statement has called for investigation of committed atrocities and definitely the the investigation will reveal the truth.
