Nation State Engineering of Ethiopia should be outsourced!

Nation State is a System! So, just as in financial systems, Power Systems, Transportation Systems, Natation State systems fall within the parameters of systems engineering. Right?
Engineering system designs are dispassionate, objective, truth based. Emotions and conflict is eliminated. System designs would be outsourced where expertise is lacking internally or objectivity criteria cant be met! Active politicians cant Nation State build ethiopia because of conflict of interest. Madness is doing the same thing expecting different results.
Such being the case.....IS there a Salini of Nation State Engineering? The Systems Design of Ethiopia cant be done internally! Outsource the fkn sh!t!

Paraphrasing a fellow blogger who claims 5 Phds in political science: A politicians objectives are:
1) To maximize his/her power!
2) To maximize his/her popularity!
3) To maximize his/her wealth!
What system will a politician with these imperatives design for you? Clearly, the outputs of a political 'science' system are of no relevance to us, and as such political science as a discipline should be deleted and replaced with government systems engineering!

If you had made your comments in your native agame Tigrigna language, it would have sounded the same exact thing what Dejazmach Kassa Mercha of Tigray said when he enlisted himself as a hired mercenary in the British colonial army. I know you agree; even with purest of motives, politicians cant build a system because of conflict of interest. But horose political science system designs have the politician's power, money and fame as the primary out! i.e a politician has the worst of motives.
Ergo, goes the political science system designed by ANDARGACHEW TSIGE, to amplify THE fame, power and money of Abiy Ahmed only to have him kill himself in end, amplifying king maker Andargachew Tsige as the real king. the process dragging in Isaya as an unintended consequence of Andargachew-Abiy king making process.
