What this Kenyan lawyer doesn't seem to know is that:
1. The ICJ has no jurisdiction in this type of case.
2. No divine or religious books are accepted as evidence/testimony at modern courts - since he's basing his evidence on the Bible.
He would have made sense had he been taking Europeans and Americans to court for reparation and compensation for both slavery and colonisation.
Just a thought!
