The guy is psycho and hence he doesn’t have any Empathy for you/dying of you. Narcissistic personality develops during child hood and I think everybody can recall what this guy has told has about his childhood looked like and his inclinations and interests. Overconfidence is sometimes good if it is productive and not harmful to self and to others. I heard that the guy is very confident, but it is not healthy. Poor emotion perception. Always over inflated.... other features to continue.
