Sudan fears that it's ruseiros dam will be affected if ethiopia goes with it's plan to fill the dam in July and as such it is warning ethios not dare do it.

Hahaha...ethiopians yielded to the threat which was put on them by the egyptians and the sudanese, hence they conceded defeat. They came up today with a new statement (all medias reported it). Their statement reads... Ethiopia will welcome egyptians and Sudanese water experts to be on the spot prior to the second filling of the dam in July. In other words, the Egyptians and the sudanese have to give the green light or go ahead sign.

Ethios were always against such concept in the last decade by invoking sovereignty but not any more.

The result?

No comment from Egypt so far but the sudanese responded by saying, we are studying it.
