With the imminent victory of TDF on the Eritrean army and the collapse of the Eritrean government, TPLF will have leverage to restructure the Horn Africa and Ethiopia. Tigray could have a loose confederation with Ethiopia while it becomes an independent state. Tigray could have liberal economic policy with all it's neighbours including Sudan, Eritrea and Oromia through Wello. Tigray has to work with all concerned states and ethnic groups to weaken the lawless / shifta Amhara. The existing federal system of Ethiopia could be revised to allow confederation.
