Force EZEMA to propose a GERD fill rate before it champions a war! Last we heard, it was applauding the 5bcm rate which would take 14 years to fill and push the total years to full service to 22!! That is, if all goes well!!
EZEMA will never commit to a rate that goes contrary to its Egyptian and Eritrean handlers who pumped 500k to their media empire alone! Egypt has pumped billions to this group that along with Abiy, have gone rouge against all norms of their respective parties and piloted the transition to the benefit of who???? i dont know...
