If he declares Oromia is an independent country and let others lead Oromia and all Oromo will protect him from ICC and he can secure the Oromo people future and his own future right in his own home. Issayas is fooling him and taking him to hell with the devil criminal Hamassiens. The first thing Abiy has to do though, he must put all securities around Finfine and kick out all Hamassien mercenaries from Finine within 48 hours and bring OLA to Addis Ababa and patrol the city until all none Oromo to leave the city within a week. This is what I would have done based the circumstance Abiy is surrounded.

The other prudent thing to do ahead of time is arrest the key Amhara officials and top Hamassien securities in Finfine.

To stabilize and secure Oromia independent, cheqlaw Abiy must order all federal arm forces to leave to Tigray within 48 hours and the two formidable to kill Abiy, Issayas and Amhara will be busy with Tigray and Oromia will be free.

The only way Abiy to escape from ICC is if Oromia become independent country and sit at home. You give the Oromo people independent and then they will protect you for life as the father of Oromia than waiting Amhara and Hamassien securities to kill you very soon. Remember this, you will be killed by Amhara and Hamassien, both are using you to advance their interests and once they feel they have it then they can kill you any time.

Tell Egypt to do what ever they want so long Egypt pays all the cost incurred to erect it and distribute the money among all bond holders. Tell Sudan the border dispute is not Oromia and nothing to do with Oromo. How many Oromo farmers were farming in the looted land, nothing all were Amharu and let the Amhara die for it if they want to keep it. Amhara said no one comes to Al Fashaga then and no one goes to Al Fashaga now, it is Amhara problem with Sudan, no one else.

This thread of you reminded me one of Abiy's speech where he said "we are elephant" referring to Oromo nation and considering himself as son of the Oromo nation. Col. Abiy spoke this to Bale Oromos and the Ethio 360 parrots daily quote it. Seemingly, Abiy keeps in mind what exactly you are saying. The problem is that he is encircled by Debtera's and guided by their expertise in the area of their Satanic worship which we Oromo are fighting with word of Almighty in heaven and the work of Holy Spirit. In fact, I know you are recommending ቆርቻ ቡዳ to save Abiy and cure Amharas.
In line with this, one of the young Amhara debteras was caught on camera as you might note in the image below. Plenty of such evils are conducted by, say for example, Daniel Kibret to make him dizzy and easily deceive Abiy.
