Abiy is simply a chain reactor of lies! His failed change management process, with out involving or sidelining the key stakeholders, has brought Ethiopia to it's knees and has become a playing ground for Egypt! If he is fighting at 8 fronts he has to ask himself why and internalize his problems rather than talking about rats and haynas.Bu the way , was't he the one betraying Ethiopia by passing classified information to Eritrea while he was acting head of ENSA?
He is now taking about artificial rain simply to cheat The Ethiopian people as he is going to sign a zero sum water share agreement for Egypt to give away the water from the Abay river and tell us he can compensate it from artificial rain.
