Roughly translated as:
''The biggest worry that is facing Bilxigina in Oromia is that the Oromia special police is refusing to fight the OLF. Many Oromia special force memberss have joined OLF from time to time. This shows that the Oromia special police is refusing to fight WBO and the people are working with the force of WBO without any condition. This is a big concern in Bilxigina right now. The reason behind this is the closure of peaceful struggles, and people are losing hope from the government. When Oromo parties are/is removed from the election, qeerroo and qarree can't watch silently, their choice is to join WBO.''
