I love hearing about the library. When I was in Addis, a while ago, I went to British library. I was stopped at the door by security guards. I was told to enter the library, I should have a card. That is the library I knew when I was in 8th grade. Everybody was welcomed then.
While TPLF was in control not a single library was built in Addis for twenty-seven years while the people living there have increased dramatically.
This is good news.
