The Deep Corruption in Ethiopia!

Corruption was a problem during the TPLF/EPRDF time but not to the extent we are experiencing at this time. As of now you are expected to bribe for every service you get from the government civil servants. If you do not bribe to every department handling your case, we have reached to the point that you will not get service. Where are the Bilstigna preachers that claim they will prosper Ethiopia within the next 10 years(What I see is that the most corrupted individuals during TPLF/EPRDF are still in control). How can you prosper a country with the deeply corrupted civil servant? That is a joke! EELPA and Gebiwoch are the most corrupted institutions.
